I carboidrati raffinati, ossia lo zucchero raffinato e i carboidrati ottenuti privando la farina integrale della parte più esterna (crusca), sono dei veri killer per il metabolismo; hanno un assorbimento rapido e sono tra i principali imputati dei picchi di glicemia e insulina. Inoltre, il fatto di essere stati privati della crusca li rende biologicamente “morti” e pericolosi per la funzionalità intestinale. Per 7 giorni, quindi, elimina lo zucchero bianco (sostituiscilo col miele) e dimezza le porzioni di pasta, pane, pizza, preferendo in ogni caso i cereali integrali biologici. A tavola, per 7 giorni, prova a sostituire i carboidrati raffinati con carboidrati integrali diversi dal frumento (avena, segale, kamut, grano saraceno, ecc….).
Oltre ad apportare fibre, sono una delle principali fonti di cromo, un oligoelemento che è indispensabile per la regolazione del metabolismo e che favorisce l’azione dell’insulina, riducendo la glicemia e impedendo i ristagni e la formazione di cuscinetti. Cerca di assumere almeno 100gr di cereali integrali al giorno. Le farine scure sono quelle più ricche di fibre e sapore: più le mangi e più riesci a disabituarti ai cereali raffinati (quelli bianchi) e agli zuccheri industriali, che fanno impennare insulina e glicemia.
Al mattino, prima di colazione, assumi per 14 giorni una tazza di una tisana di galega (Galega officinalis, pianta 40 g), mirtillo (Vaccínium myrtillus, foglie 40 g) e finocchio (20 g). Assumi un cucchiaio di questa miscela una volta al giorno, per 1-2 settimane. Ti aiuta a neutralizzare l’eccesso di zuccheri e puoi anche prenderla come rimedio di pronto soccorso ogni volta che hai esagerato con i dolci. La galega è una pianta antidiabetica: da essa deriva la metformina, che è il principio attivo di un noto farmaco per la cura del diabete.
Per eliminare i metaboliti dei carboidrati in eccesso e ottenere un effetto rigenerante sull’organismo assumi anche i gemmoderivati di Citrus limonum e Quercus peduncolata assieme a Calcium phosphoricum e Lycopodium. In commercio li trovi già abbinati in un unico prodotto. Si assume in gocce: 10-15 gocce dopo ogni pasto per 7-14 giorni.
Per rendere più efficaci le cure della seconda settimana e abbassare più velocemente la glicemia, è fondamentale bere tanto, sempre fuori pasto: una maggiore assunzione di liquidi (acqua naturale o la nostra tisana sciogli-zuccheri) velocizza lo smaltimento delle scorie provocate da un’esagerata assunzione di carboidrati.
Metabolismo!!!!!!! Anche sè faccio attenzione a quello chè mangio, purtroppo aumento di peso…….. è devo fare anche attenzione al colesterolo, è al zucchero……. Per là glicemia, evito di mangiare farinacei, come pizza, pasta, è pane….. Mangio pane integrale, evito lò zucchero, è tutto ciò chè è dolce, il caffè 1 cucchiaino di zucchero grezzo, in 1 piccola caffettiera dà due tazzine, frutta, però malgrado ciò controllo il mio peso è vedo chè aumento, cosa devo fare? andare dà una dietologa?
