Dieta e sensi di colpa: ecco perché non servono

Vi sentite un po’ giù di morale e vi siete consolate mangiando una fetta di torta? Siete uscite con le amiche e tra una chiacchiera e l’altra avete esagerato con gli stuzzichini o i fritti? Niente paura, sgarrare capita a tutti e non è così grave come sembra anche se poi il senso di colpa per aver mangiato troppo o male si fa sentire anche se non dovrebbe.

Qualsiasi sia il motivo che vi ha fatto sgarrare, dallo stress alla stanchezza passando per una delusione amorosa, ricordate sempre che aver mangiato troppo non è la fine del mondo e non siete le uniche a cui è capitato: pensate che ben tre donne su cinque ammettono di sgarrare almeno una volta a settimana. Il motivo è più semplice di quanto immaginiamo: per sua natura l’essere umano ha un limitato livello di volontà per cui basta un momento di stress o di stanchezza per cedere.

Qualsiasi cosa abbiate mangiato non potete aver assunto almeno 3500 calorie in più del fabbisogno quotidiano. Quello, infatti, è il numero di calore che ci vogliono per prendere un chilo e corrisponde all’incirca a 12 fette di torta: avete mangiato davvero così tanto?

Ricordate, inoltre, che tutte le diete hanno un giorno o un pasto a settimana nel quale è possibile concedersi qualcosa in più, quindi bando ai sensi di colpa eccessivi!

Se però lo sgarro diventa un’abitudine correte ai ripari: innanzi tutto cercate di non tenere in casa tutti quei cibi che costituiscono una tentazione o, almeno fate delle monoporzioni di quello che più vi fa gola e congelate: in questo modo potrete mangiare solo quello che farete scongelare e sarete costrette a pensarci prima di esagerare.
