Dimagrire in una settimana con la dieta Dodo

Fino ad adesso avete svolto una vita sedentaria e con qualche stravizio alimentare e ora vorreste comunque essere pronti alla prova costume? Missione difficile ma non impossibile, almeno secondo la dieta Dodo; questo nuovo regime alimentare dimagrante si basa sul digiuno intermittente e promette di far perdere fino a sette chili in sette giorni.


La dieta Dodo, ideata da Drew Price, si basa sul cosiddetto If, Intermittent fasting, ovvero il digiuno intermittenre che permette di bruciare molte calorie e di arrivare a perdere fino a sette chili nei primi sette giorni e da uno a tre chili nelle settimane seguenti.

La dieta Dodo inizia con il day on: ovvero un pasto serale tra le 19 e le 22, chiamato pasto pre-veloce che dà il via alla fase di digiuno che sfrutta le ore di sonno e che continuerà fino alla cena successiva quando si mangerà il pasto medio-veloce che va assunto entro 24 ore da quello pre-veloce.

A questo punto comincia il day off: una colazione speciale chiama pausa-veloce, che segna la fine del digiuno, per poi proseguire con i pasti regolari a base di carboidrati e proteine se si pratica sport o a base di frutta e verdura se, invece, si conduce una vita sedentaria.

I day on e i day off vanno alternati nel corso della settimana, praticamente un giorno si mangia e uno no, in modo da non superare un massimo di tre digiuni ogni sette giorni; ovviamente, questa dieta è indicata solo per brevi periodi.

Secondo il suo ideatore, la dieta Dodo permette di bruciare grassi e calorie in eccesso, permettendo, così, un dimagrimento veloce; sempre secondo il suo creatore, il momento migliore per iniziare questa dieta è durante il weekend, quando il livello di stress è più basso ed è più facile resistere alla fame.

    • Sinceramente il digiuno é la miglior cura per il nostro sistema psicofisico….non è per dimagrire, quella ne è una conseguenza naturale…sono secoli che queste tecniche vengono usate… e l’hai studi hanno dimostrato i suoi benefici… di certo non fa bene a BigFarma.
