Costituzione fisica sottile o a broccolo: in aiuto mirtilli e broccoli

Gli accumuli nella parte alta del corpo sono tipici in genere delle persone di struttura sottile (o “a broccolo”) e si localizzano soprattutto a livello del volto (palpebre, guance), del collo (sottometto, parte posteriore del collo), delle spalle, delle braccia e, soprattutto nel sesso femminile, nel décolleté. Nella maggior parte di questi distretti si tratta prevalentemente di ritenzione idrica, che può modificarsi quindi assai rapidamente nel corso di un dimagrimento.

E noto infatti che l’aspetto del volto può cambiare parec­chio anche quando si perdono 3-4 chili: se ciò avvie­ne è perché si sono eliminati soprattutto i liquidi. Sul piano emotivo gli accumuli nella parte superiore tendono a interessare persone che si sovraccaricano troppo di responsabilità (pro­fessionali o familiari) e tendono quindi a “in­grossare” le spalle per sopportare i grandi pesi.

Come prima regola, bisogna cercare di bere almeno 1,5 litri di liquidi al giorno, anche sotto forma di tisane, succhi non zuccherati, centrifugati naturali. Inoltre,si deve sostituire il sale marino bianco (cloruro di sodio) con il sale rosa himalayano (nei negozi di cibi naturali): non è stato privato di sali minerali importanti per il metabolismo (magnesio, manganese, potassio) e ha una spiccata azione drenante.

Ai cibi in scatola (cui è stato aggiunto sale bianco),pre-cucinati  e confezionati, si devono preferire gli alimenti freschi di stagione, poco cotti e conditi con olio d’oliva a crudo. Oltre a correggere la dieta, si consiglia di assumere una volta al giorno una bottiglietta di succo concentrato di bacche di mirtillo (Vaccinum myrtíllus) diluito in un bicchiere di acqua minerale naturale, associato all’estratto secco di mais (Zea mays, stimmi) e al succo di broccoli (Brassica olerace italica), ricavato con una comune centrifuga.

In erboristeria questa miscela si trova già pronta sotto forma di sciroppo: se ne assumono 10 ml al giorno, diluiti in un abbondante bicchiere di acqua, preferibilmente la mattina a digiuno. Il prodotto può essere anche diluito in un litro di acqua da bere durante l’arco della giornata. L’assunzione va protratta per almeno 3 setti­mane. Si consigliano 2-3 cicli di trattamento intervallati da una pausa di 10 giorni.
