Quali sono i principali cibi nemici della dieta? Ve ne parliamo per imparare a riconoscerli ed evitarli. È difficile resistere alla loro golosità, ma è importante provarci e limitarne le quantità per il bene della nostra linea.

Il primo passo per evitarli o moderarli è dunque conoscerli, naturalmente. Ma anche così resistere alle tentazioni non è semplice, specialmente quando siamo in vacanza o usciamo a cena fuori. Controllare le porzioni e non esagerare con la frequenza può essere già un vantaggio.


La frittura è deliziosa ma è decisamente la nemica numero 1 di ogni dieta. Il fritto andrebbe evitato tutto l’anno ma d’estate la digestione è più lenta e faticosa. D’accordo, rinunciare al fritto misto al ristorante sulla spiaggia è un peccato, ma che sia limitato ad una volta ogni tanto.

Gli alcolici sono molto calorici a fronte di un apporto nutrizionale pressocché nullo. In breve, aggiungono calorie vuote alla nostra dieta, facendo pendere pericolosamente l’ago della bilancia in avanti. In media l’alcol apporta 7 calorie per grammo. Un bicchiere di vino ne contiene 120, uno di birra circa 125, un piccolo aperitivo circa 75.

Grassi animali

Grassi animali come il burro, ma anche quelli contenuti nei salumi, sono da evitare come il peggior nemico di qualunque dieta e di ogni alimentazione sana. Meglio preferire olio d’oliva extravergine e frutta secca. Se non potete rinunciare ai salumi sceglieteli magri, come la bresaola.


Le 4 P

Pasta, pane, pizza e patate, noti anche come la 4 P, somigliano ad una temibile squadra di assassini che uccideranno la nostra dieta sul nascere. Non è necessario essere così drastici, ovviamente, ma limitarne drasticamente il consumo aiuta il regime alimentare ipocalorico.


Snack e merendine

I prodotti da forno sono tanti quanti i nostri desideri: brioche burrose a colazione, soffici merendine per la pausa pomeridiana, patatine e pizzette per accompagnare l’aperitivo sono quanto di peggio possiamo fare per mettere in serio pericolo la nostra dieta. Meglio optare per dolci fatti in casa o biscotti secchi nei quali è più facile controllare il contenuto di grassi e zuccheri.


Bibite gassate e zuccherate

Nemico assoluto della dieta è lo zucchero nascosto in alimenti nei quali spesso non ci accorgiamo della sua presenza cospicua. Fanno parte di questa categoria tutte le bibite gassate e zuccherate e moltissimi succhi di frutta confezionati. Da sostituire con centrifughe e frullati di frutta fresca.



Occhio ai condimenti troppo grassi come le salse, divieto tassativo di ricorrere a burro e margarina, moderare drasticamente l’uso del sale. Osservando questi semplici precetti la dieta risulterà subito alleggerita. Preferite spezie, olio d’oliva, aceto e limone per condire i vostri piatti.
