Peperoni rossi

Frutta secca

Mandorle, nocciole, noci e tutta la famiglia sono una fonte incredibile di omega 3. Questo sostanze abbassano il colesterolo e ovviamente allontanano le allergie. Ricordate che sono molto caloriche: non più di tre noci al dì.



Evitare la carne e il glutine è un passo verso il benessere.


Ortica (Urtica dioica)

In forma di tè o come integratore alimentare, questa pianta è perfetta per attenuare e tenere sotto controllo i sintomi della rinite allergica.


Agisce sui sintomi dell’allergia stagionale e rinforza anche il sistema immunitario.
