Piatto unico light

Molti di noi sono sempre in cerca di qualche idea che ci permetta di gustare dei buoni piatti senza esagerare con le calorie. Trovare ricette originali e/o ricette light non sempre è facile, per questo motivo oggi vorremmo presentarvi un piatto unico light molto appetitoso: uova in camicia con zucca arrosto. Questo piatto unico fornisce un apporto calorico di sole 95 calorie.

Ingredienti uova in camicia con zucca per 4 persone

  • 4 uova;
  • 300 grammi di zucca;
  • rosmarino;
  • foglie di salvia;
  • 2 cipolle rosse di grandezza media;
  • 50 grammi di pane (meglio se è pane integrale);
  • 2 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva;
  • aceto, sale e pepe.

Preparazione delle uova con zucca arrosto

Prima di iniziare a cuocere i vari alimenti, preparateli e disponeteli in ciotole, questo procedimento renderà l’esecuzione del piatto ancora più veloce. Togliete la buccia dalla zucca e formate delle fette sottili, tritate finemente le cipolle, tagliate il pane integrale a cubetti e tritate 6 foglie di salvia. Disponete su una teglia della carta da forno e posizionate le fette di zucca e le cipolle, aggiungete l’olio, un po’ di sale, la salvia tritata e il rosmarino.

Disposti tutti gli ingredienti sulla teglia, coprite il tutto con della carta alluminio e disponete la teglia in forno ben caldo (220°) per circa 20 minuti. In una padella fonda versate abbondante acqua e prima che arrivi ad ebollizione aggiungete un cucchiaino di aceto e un po’ di sale. Procedete rompendo le uova in 4 ciotole e fate scivolare le uova, uno alla volta, nell’acqua.

Lasciate cuocere le uova per circa 3 minuti e quando l’albume si sarà rappreso, recuperate le uova utilizzando una schiumarola. Disponete il composto di zucca e cipolla su un piatto e dopo adagiatevi sopra le uova. Nel bordo del piatto disponete i cubetti di pane (potreste leggermente tostare il pane su una padella), aggiungete un po’ di pepe e servite il piatto ben caldo. Questo piatto richiede una preparazione media di 35 minuti e, cosa molto importante, è un piatto ricco di proteine e vitamine
