Celebre dalla notte dei tempi in Estremo Oriente, è amato anche in Occidente per le sue proprietà ed è inoltre un ottimo alleato delle diete: parliamo del tè verde e della dieta del tè verde che aiuta a dimagrire riducendo l’assorbimento dei grassi nel corpo e proteggendo il sistema cardiovascolare e la salute delle cellule grazie agli antiossidanti che contiene in grande quantità.

Tè verde e proprietà

Il tè verde si ottiene essiccando i germogli e le giovani foglie della pianta Camellia sinensis senza farle fermentare e senza tostarle. Così il tè avrà una più bassa concentrazione di caffeina ma un altro valore in polifenoli, soprattutto catechine con elevatissimo potere antiossidante. Inoltre agirà accelerando il metabolismo e agendo sulla diuresi e sul drenaggio dei liquidi. Un aiuto a 360 gradi per chi è a dieta.

La dieta del tè verde

La dieta del tè verde prevede l’aggiunta di 5-8 tazze di tè verde al giorno al regime alimentare ipocalorico che seguite già. Così si potranno perdere fino a 4 chili in un mese. La dieta del tè verde però è sconsigliata a chi ha bassi valori di ferro nel sangue perché questa bevanda, come il caffè, ne rallenta l’assorbimento.

Come si prepara

L’ideale è consumare il tè in forma di infuso, ma in erboristeria esiste anche l’estratto di tè verde. Usate preferibilmente le foglie anziché le preparazioni in bustina. La temperatura ideale dell’acqua è di 70° e la dose una cucchiaino di foglie di tè per una tazza. Evitate di versare l’acqua direttamente sulle foglie per non provocare uno choc termico alle catechine contenute nel tè: versate l’acqua lungo una parete della tazza con le foglie sul fondo. Lasciate in infusione 2 minuti e consumate.

Quanto consumarne

Lo schema base da seguire, in aggiunta alla vostra dieta abituale, prevede 2 tazze di tè verde a colazione, 1 tazza a metà mattina e 2 tazze a merenda più 1 tazza a pranzo e 1 a cena per un totale di 7 tazze.

Come consumarlo

Un piccolo trucco? Bevete il tè verde prima del pranzo e della cena per non arrivare a tavola affamati. Durante il pasto invece vi aiuterà nel processo di digestione. In estate potete consumarlo anche freddo, altrettanto piacevole e dissetante, magari aggiungendo qualche fogliolina di menta fresca.
