Della dieta di 1 giorno esistono molte varianti, ma il fine ultimo di tutte è quello di depurarsi e riprendersi da eventuali eccessi, perdendo peso in maniera molto graduale e senza stressare troppo l’organismo. Vediamo insieme qualche esempio.
Dieta di 1 giorno di Marc Mességué
Secondo il fitoterapista Marc Mességué con questa dieta, da seguire per un periodo lungo (es. 1 anno) 1 volta a settimana, aiuta a perdere i cosidetti chili di troppo. Nell’immediato si perdono 1 chilo e 100 g, ma nei giorni e seguire il chilo che si è perso si riprende, ma non i 100 g, che appunto sul lungo periodo farebbero la differenza.
- Colazione: 40 grammi di fette biscottate integrali con un velo di marmellata e o 40 g di cereali e 1 tè senza zucchero.
- Spuntino: 1 frutto di stagione.
- Pranzo: 250 g di verdura cotta o cruda, 200 g di carne o pesce o 2 uova.
- Merenda: 1 frutto di stagione.
- Cena: 250 g di verdura cotta o cruda, 200 g di carne o pesce o 2 uova.
Programma Day Light
Nome diverso scopo medesimo: perdere peso con 1 solo giorno di dieta alla settimana. Questo programma va seguito per 1 anno e consente di perdere 5 kg. Nella lista degli alimenti No ci sono i cibi in scatola e i surgelati, pane, pizza, pasta, riso patate e altri carboidrati, che invece si possono consumare esclusivamente a colazione. Come condimenti, sono concessi succo di limone, aceto di mele o balsamico, erbe e spezie. I metodi di cottura consigliati sono la cottura al vapore, alla griglia, al cartoccio e la bollitura.
- Colazione: 30 g di pane o di fette biscottate integrali con 3 cucchiai di marmellata o di mele.
- Spuntino: un frutto.
- Pranzo: 200 g di verdura mista di stagione; 150 g di carne bianca (pollo, tacchino, coniglio) o 250 g di pesce alla griglia (merluzzo, nasello, rombo, sogliola) oppure 2 uova sode.
- Merenda: un frutto.
- Cena: come a pranzo. Preferire il pesce oppure, in alternativa, le uova.
Dieta del lunedì
La dieta, come suggerisce il nome, si segue solo il lunedì e lo scopo è quello di depurare e disintossicare l’organismo consumando esclusivamente alimenti vegetali, frullati e centrifugati, con una drastica riduzione delle calorie. Appena sveglie si beve 1 bicchiere di acqua a temperatura ambiente con ½ limone spremuto, mentre come condimenti sono concessi spezie, aromi e 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine d’oliva.
- Colazione: 1 vasetto di yogurt naturale e 1 frullato di 1 mela o 2 vasetti di yogurt naturale e 1 tè senza zucchero.
- Spuntino: 1 bicchiere di spremuta di pompelmo o di mela senza zucchero o 1 bicchiere di centrifugato di verdure.
- Pranzo: 150 g di insalata e 120 g di patate lesse o 150 g di insalata e 40 g di pane integrale o 30 g di riso con 150 g di verdure lesse.
- Merenda: 1 tisana depurativa (es. di carciofo, bardana, tarassaco, ecc.) con 1 cucchiaio di miele.
- Cena: 200 g di frutta fresca o 1 piatto di minestrone o 250 g di zucchine e melanzane grigliate.
- Dopo la cena si conclude con 1 tisana depurativa con 1 cucchiaio di miele.
Dieta di 1 giorno degli asparagi
Questo regime alimentare si segue per 1 solo giorno a settimana e ha lo scopo di depurare l’organismo. La giornata depurativa si può ripetere ogni 8 giorni e si possono perdere fino a 3 kg in un mese. Non sono concessi sale o grassi, si bevono 2 l di acqua e si cammina per 1 ora.
- Colazione: 150 g di ananas e 300 g di asparagi.
- Spuntino: 100 g di ananas.
- Pranzo: 100 g di verdure crude, 400 g di asparagi appena cotti, 60 g di patate lesse.
- Merenda: 100 g di kiwi.
- Cena: 100 g di verdure crude e 300 g di asparagi appena cotti.
Effettivamente, la dieta di 1 giorno, che nella maggior parte dei casi ha una funzione depurativa, può realmente aiutare a disintossicare l’organismo e se seguita per un periodo di tempo piuttosto lungo come 1 anno può aiutare a perdere i chili di troppo. È chiaro che se si ha bisogno di smaltire 10, 15 o 20 chili è preferibile orientarsi su altri regimi dimagranti e soprattutto rivolgersi ad un esperto.
