Un recente studio condotto dalla dottoressa Carrie Ruxton, per conto del Tea Advisory Panel, che non si tratta della solita casa di produzione che ha tutto l’interesse di dire che il suo tè è qualcosa di eccezionale, ma è una società che racchiude esperti che forniscono informazioni indipendenti sul tè e sui suoi reali benefici, ha dimostrato che in termini di qualità entrambi i tipi di tè sono molto validi.
Insomma non siamo obbligati a bere tè verde perché è buono e poi fa tanto chic. Lo studio revisionale ha evidenziato che entrambi i prodotti derivano dalla pianta della camelia sinensis e contengono composti davvero molto simili. Ma c’è di più. Secondo alcune analisi, consumare tre tazze di tè nero diminuisce il rischio di attacco di cuore dell’11% rispetto all’altro.
Gli studi che hanno esaminato entrambi i tipi di tè hanno confermato gli stessi risultati nella funzione vascolare quando sia il tè nero o verde sono assunti, portando a significative riduzioni del rischio di ictus.
Questo è stato il commento della dottoressa Ruxton che invita a consumare tè a prescindere da qualsiasi luogo comune. Prima di tutto è una bevanda molto leggera, poi è un ottimo sostituto dell’acqua. Chi fa fatica a bere, sicuramente sarà più stimolato da questa “bibita”. E poi se non vi dovessero andare né il verde né il nero, c’è sempre il rosso. Lo abbiamo già citato qualche tempo perché è davvero un prodotto eccezionale, molto più dolciastro al gusto e al tempo stesso dissetante.
