Per quanto possa sembrare impossibile in quest’epoca caratterizzata da stress, da cibi trattati e modificati dall’azione  dell’uomo e da inquinamento spesso oltre i limiti di tollerabilità, esiste ancora un elemento potentissimo capace di aiutare il nostro corpo a eliminare le tossine e a riattivare una corretta rigenerazione cellulare oltre che una “rinascita” dal punto di vista estetico: il cibo. Il metodo alimentare kousmine, per esempio, ha proprio questa funzione, cioè quella di riattivare tramite una scelta consapevole dei cibi e delle loro dosi, nonché della loro distribuzione nella giornata, gli orga­ni emuntori (reni, fegato e pelle) con un effetto sgonfiante e rimodel­lante immediato. Ecco come applicarlo in  concreto. Le 6 regole da rispettare a tavola: 

  1. Bando ai cibi raffinati: per tre settimane cerca di limitare o eliminare i cibi raffinati, come zuccheri, farina bianca e de­rivati, dolci, ma anche le bibite e i grassi sa­turi provenienti dal mondo animale.
  2. Più liquidi: per urinare meglio e smaltire più tossine, cerca di bere di più fuori pasto: così le urine da acide diventa­no gradualmente alcaline, con un effetto drenante immediato.
  3. Più fibre: incrementa il consumo di fibre vegetali, soprattutto a crudo, e man­gia ogni giorno semi, radici e pane nero.
  4. Via il caffè: Abolisci almeno per tre settimane tè, caffè, sostanze ner­vine e stimolanti come il cacao.
  5. Colazione ricca: concentra il massimo delle calorie nella colazione del mattino, andando via via riducendo il cari­co calorico nella giornata per lasciare il pasto serale il più leggero possibile.
  6. The e tisane:  Aumenta l’assunzione di liquidi, soprattutto acqua a basso residuo fisso, tè verde e tisane non stimolanti (da evitare, per esempio, infusi di zenzero e can­nella), soprattutto lontano dai pasti.

 

Una dieta sgonfiante per le gambe avrà caratteristiche diverse se condotta in primavera o in autunno, le stagioni di transizione in cui tutte le culture consigliano di allegge­rire il corpo dalle tossine prodotte dagli eccessi alimentari. Rispettare la stagionalità dei cibi e consumare quelli adatti a ogni periodo dell’anno è fondamentale in quanto la natura sembra fornirci gli alimenti opportuni proprio nel momento in. cui ne abbiamo bisogno. Pensate all’effetto antidepressivo e antifame delle castagne in  autunno e a quello drenarne sulla cistifellea operato dai  ravanelli in pri­mavera, momento in cui il fegato è maggiormente  a rischio.

Ma ora siamo a ottobre: vediamo cosa fare. Per esempio, dopo circa 2 settimane di dieta drenante, è opportuno riportare alla norma il consumo di proteine (meglio se di origine vegetale), da associare però a una regolare assunzione di fibre, semi, oli vegetali e cereali grezzi. Ci sono due semplici trucchi da mettere in atto: mangiare ogni giorno un pinzimonio e sostituire il pane bianco con quello nero.

Comincia sempre il pasto con un pinzimonio di stagione, arricchito con qualche seme oleoso come lino o girasole, sedano, zucchine crude e olio extravergine d’oliva: ti consente di cominciare gradatamente i processi digestivi evitando che il pasto diventi uno stimolo nocivo al sistema immunitario, con immediata produzione di radicali liberi. Dopo tre settimane di programma alimentare e cosmetico, puoi verificare da sola se hai ottenuto i risultati sperati. Ecco allora i segni corporei che ti confermano che ti stai sgonfiando.

  • Urini spesso e di più: la maggiore quantità e la migliore qualità delle urine indica che l’organismo ha riattivato i processi di drenaggio.
  • La pelle è più luminosa, la lingua è più rosata (e non più gialla o biancastra), l’odore del sudore come l’alito sono meno penetranti, l’intestino è regolare.
  • Non arrivi più alla sera con le gambe gonfie e ti vedi più asciutta e tonica.
