Ecco allora un’idea fresca e golosa per allietare i vostri ospiti: la crema allo yogurt con fragoline di bosco e menta, un dessert fresco e stuzzicante, con una caratteristica importante: una porzione contiene solo 140 calorie!
Crema allo yogurt, fragoline di bosco e menta
Ingredienti per 4 persone
300 g. di yogurt greco, menta fresca in foglie, 2 cucchiai di malto di riso, 2 cestini di fragoline di bosco, zucchero a velo per decorare (facoltativo), foglie di menta per decorare.
Procedimento
Lavate, sgocciolate, asciugate bene le foglie di menta tamponandole con della carta assorbente da cucina, quindi tritatele finemente. Mettete lo yogurt greco in una ciotola, unite la menta tritata e il malto di riso, mescolate bene per amalgamare il tutto, suddividete la crema in 4 coppette e lasciate raffreddare in frigorifero per almeno un’ora.
Sciacquate velocemente le fragoline sotto un getto d’acqua fredda, sgocciolate delicatamente e disponetele con cura sopra un foglio di carta da cucina per asciugare un poco.
Appena prima di servire il dolce, guarnite la crema di yogurt con le fragoline di bosco, spolverate a piacere con zucchero a velo e servite guarnendo con qualche foglia di menta fresca.
