Insomma, con quest’applicazione l’obiettivo di perdere un chilo a settimana non è un miraggio.
Dato che è stata elaborata da esperti nutrizionisti ed è monitorata Società Italiana di Scienza dell’Alimentazione, i menù e le diete proposte da quest’applicazione sono assolutamente bilanciate, sia per quanto riguarda le calorie che i nutrienti e tutti i cibi fanno parte della dieta mediterranea.
