Oggi torniamo a parlare di diete tematiche che hanno come protagoniste la frutta; dopo la dieta delle fragole, è la volta della dieta del mango. Quando acquistate il mango fate attenzione che sia ben maturo e con la buccia tendente al giallo: in caso contrario, infatti, la polpa risulta fibrosa e perde il suo aroma, oltre a non essere molto gradevole al palato.

Pranzo: 100 grammi di manzo saltato con 125 grammi di pelati e un cucchiaino di olio d’oliva, 100 grammi di finocchi in insalata con un cucchiaino di olio d’oliva, 30 grammi di grissini, 80 grammi di mango
Spuntino: 80 grammi di mango
Cena: una porzione di risotto di mare con vongole, seppie e gamberi, insalata mista condita con un cucchiaino di olio d’oliva, 50 grammi di mango
