Ricette light per Natale: Arance marinate al cardamomo e anice stellato

Con il Natale ormai a meno di un mese è d’obbligo pensare ai menù delle feste; di solito durante pranzi e cene vengono proposti piatti gustosi ma anche molto calorici. Oggi vi presenteremo la ricetta di un ottimo dessert light che oltre ad essere facile da preparare è veramente leggero: solo 90 calorie a porzione.

Arance marinate al cardamomo e anice stellato

Ingredienti

Quattro arance Navel, 50 grammi di zucchero di canna, 5 cardamomo, stella d’anice

Preparazione

Sbucciate due arance con il rigalimoni a fori piccoli, mettete la scorza in acqua bollente e lasciatela bollire per due minuti, scolatele, sciacquatele con acqua fredda e ripetete ancora l’operazione. Intanto, fate caramellate lo zucchero in un pentolino a fiamma bassa e, quando il caramello è ben dorato aggiungete 100 ml di acqua calda.

Pestate i semi di cardamomo, aggiungeteli allo sciroppo con l’anice stellato e la scorza delle arance, mescolate, lasciate insaporire e sciroppate per circa dieci minuti, fino a che lo sciroppo non sarà ridotto alla età del suo volume, spengete il fuoco e lasciate raffreddare.

 

Sbucciate le arance disponetele in una terrina capiente, versate su ciascuna una parte di sciroppo con il suo condimento e lasciate marinare in frigorifero per tutta la giornata, riversando di tanto in tanto il liquido che si formerà sopra la frutta. Servite le arance tagliate a metà con il loro sciroppo.
