Se la circonferenza della pancia supera i 102 cm serve un programma bruciagrassi più generalizzato, che non sia limitato all’addome. Per 15 giorni, evita le farine bianche, intasano il metabolismo e stimolano uno degli ormoni più implicati nell’ingrassa­mento della pancia: l’insulina. Sono troppo pieni di grassi animali e di zuccheri che favoriscono l’accumulo di trigliceridi.

In più, non vi saziano: sosti­tuiteli con i dolci integrali e casalinghi. Il mix di mozzarella, affettati e pasta lie­vitata “pesa” sullo stomaco, rallenta l’at­tività metabolica e gonfia la pancia. Amate la pizza? Scegliete quella alle verdure. Le paste biologiche di colore scuro sono quelle più ricche di fibre e sali minerali depurativi: favoriscono l’evacuazione e riducono la circonferenza addominale.

I piselli stufati, come tutti i legumi, sono una fonte di proteine nobili che rassoda­no i tessuti dall’interno ed evitano che si “infiltrino” di grasso. Alternate la pasta al riso integrale: i suoi amidi disintossicano l’intestino, che è il vostro principale motore bruciagrassi. Con­ditelo con l’olio d’oliva, che vi purifica. Sciogliete i grassi dei pannicoli adiposi, riducendo in modo graduale ma duraturo la circonferenza dell’addome. Riattivate il metabolismo in generale, riducendo i depositi di adipociti anche a livello profondo. Mantenete regolati i livelli di colesterolo e trigliceridi nel sangue, prevenendo le complicanze del sovrappeso.
