Secondo uno studio condotto di recente in Cina mangiare funghi e bere tè verde in abbondanza abbasserebbe notevolmente il rischio di sviluppare il cancro al seno.
Non sarebbe un caso quindi se l’ incidenza del cancro al seno nel paese del sol levante è di ben quattro/cinque volte inferiore rispetto a quella dei paesi occidentali (con qualche differenza nelle zone più ricche del paese).
Stando ai risultati della ricerca, che ha coinvolto oltre 2000 soggetti, le donne che mangiavano più funghi freschi avevano circa due terzi di probabilità in meno di sviluppare il cancro al seno rispetto alle donne che non ne mangiavano. Non solo, quelle che mangiavano funghi e in più bevevano ogni giorno tè verde presentavano solo l’11-18% delle probabilità di sviluppare il tumore della mammella rispetto alle donne che non bevevano tè verde e non mangiavano funghi.

I risultati del nuovo studio suggeriscono che la dieta tradizionale cinese, che prevede molti funghi e grandi quantita’ di te’ verde puo’ aiutare a spiegare la minore incidenza del cancro al seno in Cina.
