Tra i buoni propositi dell’anno nuovo, in cima alla lista dei più gettonati, c’è, senza alcun’ombra di dubbio, quello di dimagrire! Le diete, di certo, non mancano, anzi, alcune poi, sono salite agli onori della cronaca grazie a personaggi famosi, basti pensare alla Dieta Dukan, resa celebre da Kate Midlleton.

Tuttavia, nel mare magnum delle diete dimagranti, ce ne sono tante, che potremmo definire senza troppa difficoltà, assolutamente inimitabili, se non a scapito della salute, si intende.

La British Dietetic Association, infatti, ha recentemente pubblicato la classifica delle 5 diete da non fare nel 2012 perché pericolose e controproducenti per la linea.

Lista delle 5 diete da Non fare

  • La dieta degli omogeneizzati: questa dieta, come suggerisce anche il nome, si fonda sul consumo di alimenti per bambini ad alto valore proteico e a basso contenuto calorico, cioè, pappe, omogeneizzati, passati di verdure, ecc. Chi l’ha resa famosa? Tra gli altri vip, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Aniston e Gwyneth Paltrow!
  • Il crudismo: si tratta di un’altra dieta del tutto sballata, priva di molti alimenti essenziali che possono essere consumati solamente previa cottura, vale a dire carne, pasta, pesce, ecc.
  • La dieta del gruppo sanguigno: questo particolare regime dimagrante, messo a punto da un naturopata americano, si basa sulla convinzione che il gruppo sanguigno d’appartenenza sia fondamentale per l’impostazione di una dieta corretta. Secondo la BDA si tratterebbe di pura pseudoscienza, hic e nunc!
  • Alcoressia/Drunkoressia: più che di un regime dietetico, si tratta di un disturbo del comportamento alimentare, per indicare quella tendenza, in voga soprattutto tra le adolescenti, a mangiare poco per assumere molti alcolici. Sarebbe una variante dell’anoressia, con la differenza che chi la mette in pratica rinuncia deliberatamente al cibo per poter bere più alcolici senza ingrassare.
  • Dieta Dukan: è certamente la dieta più cercata su Google del 2011, resa famosa da Kate Middleton. Divisa in 4 fasi, rientra a pieno titolo tra i regimi proteici, e come tali può creare gravi carenze alimentari.

Cosa fare, allora, per perdere peso? Il buon senso, è certamente la prima arma. Escludete le diete troppo drastiche, adottate razioni più piccole di cibo e rivolgetevi ad un dietologo esperto che possa aiutarvi a scegliere il regime dietetico più giusto per voi.

  1. Per quello che si intende dieta nella maggior parte dei casi sono tutte dannose. Infatti dieta non dovrebbe significare semplicemente seguire una lista di quello che è ammesso e non ammesso mangiare, ma dovrebbe essere il cambiamento del proprio stile di vita e non solo per quanto riguarda l’alimentazione ma per un discorso a 360 gradi.

    • Sono d’accordo con te, la parola dieta, infatti, non è sinonimo di deprivazione, ma di regime alimentare. Intraprendere una dieta, perciò, vuol dire prima di tutto cambiare approccio all’alimentazione e alla vita. Il cibo va gustato e non ingurgitato, e per farlo non servono grosse quantità. Senza contare tutti i benefici che vengono da un’alimentazione sana e senza eccessi.
