Dieta prima degli esami: come prepararsi ad un periodo di stress

Gli esami non finiscono mai e in certi periodi dell’anno gli appuntamenti importanti si avvicinano e con loro lo stress degli esami di maturità e degli esami universitari. L’alimentazione ci può venire in aiuto per contrastare lo stress, per stare in forma e mantenere alta la concentrazione ed elevate le energie mentali.

Il cibo può diventare un alleato fondamentale per mettere in moto i neuroni e sconfiggere la stanchezza, seguendo la giusta dieta. Gli esperti ci spiegano che prima degli esami è fondamentale dedicare la giusta importanza alla colazione. Saltarla per dormire 10 minuti in più fa molto male ed è una cattiva abitudine da abbandonare subito. Eliminare la prima colazione riduce di molto la capacità di concentrazione.

In più consumare alimenti dolci aiuta a produrre serotonina e quindi a sentirsi più energici e positivi, e poi i cereali abbinati gli zuccheri sono il mix perfetto per dare energia al cervello dopo il riposo notturno. La colazione giusta comprende quindi pane, latte, fette biscottate, prodotti da forno e cereali, e poi la frutta ma se non avete tempo anche un cappuccino e dei biscotti integrali possono bastare.

Il classico cappuccino infatti è un toccasana per chi deve studiare. Il latte è nutriente e contiene sali minerali di cui i giovani hanno bisogno mentre il caffè aiuta a ritrovare l’energia. Attenzione però agli eccessi e alle esagerazioni. Mai superare le 3 tazzine al giorno.

E quando arriva il momento, cosa mangiare la mattina dell’esame? E’ indispensabile consumare alimenti facili da digerire, evitare prdotti farciti e puntare sulla leggerezza, preferendo la frutta alel merendine industriali.
