Oggi scopriamo tre ricette per preparare tisane brucia grassi preziose per chi vuole coadiuvare l’azione della dieta alimentare e dell’attività fisica, che deve essere sempre costante. Da sole, le tisane non potranno fare nulla per voi, naturalmente. Tuttavia i benefici di alcune erbe che hanno ottime ricadute sul funzionamento del metabolismo posso dare quell’aiuto in più che vi serviva.
Tisana tarassaco e valeriana
Il tarassaco ha note proprietà depurative mentre la valeriana ne addolcisce il sapore amaro e aiuta a calmare i nervi che durante una dieta, specialmente se all’inizio avvertite il senso di fame, si fanno sentire. Preparatela miscelando 20 grammi di valeriana, 30 grammi di tarassaco e 20 grammi di foglie di prugnolo.
Tisana al tiglio
Mettete in infusione in acqua bollente per circa 10 minuti 20 grammi di tiglio, 20 grammi di cicoria, 15 grammi di rabarbao e 15 grammi di malva. Ricordate che le tisane non vanno addolcite con lo zucchero. Se proprio non sopportate il gusto naturale delle erbe, aggiungete un pizzico di miele.
Tisana all’equiseto
Con le sue proprietà depurative, l’equiseto è un alleato prezioso per ogni dieta. Preparate questa tisana con 20 grammi di equiseto, 20 grammi di arancia amara, 10 grammi di liquirizia e 5 grammi di menta piperita.
